Taking over an existing website is different from building a new website.
Before I change anything, I need to understand what is already there.
I’ll look at the existing code, database, hosting environment, configuration and how the different pieces work together. Then we can figure out what needs to be fixed, changed or improved.
The goal is simple:
Keep what works. Fix what doesn’t. Make the changes you need.
